How does the placement process work?


Once accepted into the network, we profile your skills and career goals. We then pitch you anonymously to our client partners. If there is mutual interest, we arrange the intro.

What locations do you cover?


We primarily place roles in major US tech hubs (SF, NYC, Austin, Seattle) as well as high-paying remote roles for US-based candidates.

Is this only for full-time roles?


No. We handle full-time (W2) and high-value contract (C2C) roles. We also help you structure C2C deals to maximize tax efficiency.

What if the role isn't a good fit?


We are long-term partners. If a role doesn't work out, we help you exit gracefully and find the next opportunity. We don't just dump you and run.
